By decompressing the spine, integrating muscles chains and retraining the joints to work from alignment a body can go beyond pain to a new level of performance not even dreamed of!

After years of sitting even small movements felt dangerous! I couldn’t sit for long or do the things I loved. My life felt taken over by pain. Foundation Training worked when nothing else did.
It’s given me strength and comfort beyond anything I could have imagined. Now you’ll find me competing in jiu jitsu, slacklining across canyons and even sitting at a desk!
I began working directly for the creators of FT in 2013. Over four years I learned all I could about how to help those around me move better and feel better.
